GROHE Blue Professional makes chilled still, medium and sparkling filtered water using a CO₂ cylinder and an under-sink cooler-carbonator. GROHE Blue Pure does not carbonate; it delivers filtered still water at supply temperature.
On Professional, the tap's dedicated control selects still, medium or sparkling filtered water. Mixed hot and cold water is operated by the normal lever, entirely separately.
How long a cylinder lasts depends on how much sparkling water you draw and at which intensity. Households that drink sparkling water daily should keep a spare cylinder.
