We were getting through two delivery bottles a week and storing crates in the hallway. Sparkling on tap changed how much water the whole family drinks — my son now asks for 'the fizzy tap' instead of soft drinks. Installation took an afternoon and the cooler fits under the sink with room to spare.

Excellent water, but plan the CO₂ exchange properly
Taste and chill are faultless — guests always comment. My only gripe is running out of CO₂ on a weekend when we're entertaining. I now keep a spare cylinder, which I'd recommend to anyone who uses sparkling daily. Filter changes are simple and the reminder is accurate.

Pure was the right call — we never wanted sparkling
We only ever drank still water, so paying for carbonation made no sense. Pure removed the chlorine taste completely and the tap looks like part of the kitchen rather than an appliance. No power needed under the sink was the deciding factor for our cabinet.

Cheap to run, but you do notice the water isn't cold
Pure filters beautifully and the running costs are genuinely low — one cartridge a year for us. Worth knowing it dispenses at mains temperature, so we keep a carafe in the fridge. If chilled water matters to you, spend the extra on Professional.

The site check saved me from a bad decision
My cabinet was tighter than I thought and the adviser flagged the ventilation clearance before anything was ordered. The draft was revised once, I approved it, and the installer arrived with exactly the right parts. Refreshing to be told what wouldn't work rather than sold anyway.
