Running the system

Two parts get replaced. Nothing else.

A filter cartridge for taste and a CO₂ cylinder for sparkle — and Pure never needs the cylinder. Both are twist-fit jobs you can do yourself.

Filter replacement

Changing a cartridge, step by step.

Capacity is shown at the tap and in the app. When it runs out, taste changes before flow does.

    The tap indicates the cartridge is spent. Interval depends on emirate hardness and usage.

  2. Close the valve

    Turn off the isolation valve under the sink and draw off remaining pressure at the tap.

  3. Twist and swap

    Twist and swap

    The spent cartridge unclips from the head; the new one twists on. No tools, no plumber.

  4. Flush and reset

    Flush and reset

    Flush as instructed, then reset the capacity counter on the tap or in the app.

CO₂ exchange

Sparkling is Professional only.

Pure produces still filtered water, so it has no cylinder to change. On Professional, the 425 g cylinder is swapped in under a minute.

    The tap indicates low CO₂ and sparkling output weakens.

  2. 2

    Close the cylinder valve and unscrew it from the cooler.

  3. 3

    Screw in the replacement until firm — hand tight only.

  4. 4

    Draw a glass of sparkling water to confirm full carbonation.

Keep a spare cylinder in the cabinet so sparkling water is never interrupted while a replacement is on its way.
