GROHE Blue chrome tap installed in a finished UAE kitchen

Ownership journey

What happens, in order.

Every step is recorded in My GROHE Blue, so a service call never starts with 'which model do you have?'

  1. Installation completed

Installer tests the tap, explains the cleaning cycle and hands over the manual.

  2. Register the systemIn progress

Add the article number and address in My GROHE Blue so warranty and history are linked.

  3. Consumables tracked

Filter and CO₂ replacements are logged against your system for compatible reordering.

  4. Service visit if needed

An adviser diagnoses first; a visit is booked only when it is actually required.

  5. Approval before payment

Parts or extra labour appear as a revised draft you approve — nothing is charged silently.

Warranty vs chargeable

Clear line between the two.

Faults are covered. Running costs and kitchen changes are quoted, and always approved by you first.

Covered by warranty

  • Manufacturing defects

Faults in materials or assembly on the tap, cooler or filter head.

  • Warranty labour

Diagnosis and repair labour where the fault is covered by the warranty.

  • Replacement parts

Covered components supplied and fitted by a GROHE-approved installer.

Quoted and chargeable

  • Consumables

Filter cartridges, CO₂ cylinders and cleaning cartridges are running costs, not faults.

  • Kitchen changes

New valves, sockets, cabinet modification or relocating the system after installation.

  • Misuse or non-genuine parts

Damage from abrasive cleaners, third-party cartridges or unapproved installation work.

Something not working as it should?

Describe the symptom and an adviser will tell you whether it is a filter, a setting, or a service visit — before anything is booked.
