How it works
Precision under the worktop. Simplicity above it.
A GROHE Blue system prepares drinking water beneath your sink and delivers it through a dedicated waterway inside the tap — while your regular hot and cold supply continues exactly as before.

The route your water takes
Three stages, one spout.
- 01
Filtration
Cold mains water passes through the UltraSafe filter beneath the sink, reducing particles, chlorine taste and odour.
- 02
Chilling & carbonation
The cooler-carbonator chills the filtered water and adds CO₂ at medium or full intensity on request.
- 03
Separate delivery
Drinking water reaches the spout through its own internal waterway, independent of the mixed hot and cold route.
Professional
Chilled, medium and full sparkling.
GROHE Blue Professional puts four kinds of chilled, filtered drinking water behind one kitchen tap, alongside the regular hot and cold you already use. Drinking water runs through its own sealed waterway, so it never touches the mixed supply — and everything that makes it happen lives quietly in the cabinet below.
- Accessible cold-water supply beneath the sink
- Accessible power socket for the cooler-carbonator
- Under-sink cabinet space for the unit, filter and CO₂ cylinder
- Cabinet ventilation so the unit can release heat
- Tap hole diameter and worktop thickness confirmed on site
Pure
Filtered still water, compact hardware.
A refined kitchen tap with a dedicated filtered-water route and a compact filter head beneath the sink. No cooler, no cylinder, no cabinet ventilation requirement.
- Accessible cold-water supply beneath the sink
- Under-sink space for the filter head and cartridge
- No power socket required for the filter itself
- No cabinet ventilation requirement
- Tap hole diameter and worktop thickness confirmed on site

Everyday use
No bottles to carry, store or dispose of.
Fill glasses, jugs and bottles directly at the sink. Filter and CO₂ status are visible on the tap, so replacements are planned rather than discovered.
