Before the appointment
- Remove bins, cleaning products and stored items from the sink cabinet.
- Test the cold water isolating valve and report any leak in advance.
- Confirm the socket location for Professional installations.
- Arrange building access, parking and any community permits.
On the day
Expect the water supply to be isolated for part of the visit. Once installed, the system is flushed, the filter is registered and the tap functions are demonstrated.
After installation
Register the system to store warranty documents and enable compatible consumable reordering.
